Pet group picture

The club organize this year the specialty in Kentucky ,Pam Osborne and Ruth Weidrich have done a beautifull job to make a succes from that show special

It was a great weekend and I think everybody liked the hotel and the show grounds. It was a plus to be all in one place and not have to leave the hotel for anything during the weekend. The seminar as Juli stated was very informative and Judge Beauchamp is an excellent speaker and a highly respected Judge. USACTC was very lucky to have him there for the weekend. He arrived home from a judging assignment in Tokyo the first part of last week and arrived in Lexington on Thursday evening. It was a great weekend, wish all of you could have been there. There has been no mention of the beautiful luncheon which Ruth had the hotel prepare after the specialty. It was enjoyed by all. Pam

The Club Usactc also paid tribute to Ithalique.

We had a banner made of a photo of Ithalique and Nymphea.
It was the best resolution photo. I did make a group of small photo for a small bulliten board of Ithalique. Ithalique has many decendents and everyone loved him. SO we wanted to say publicly to our club this was a great dog and deserved to be recognized. Ruth Weidrich

Results

There was 21 Cotons entered in the show as show dogs. There was either 11 or 12 companion dogs. I think that's a pretty darn good turnout considering a holiday weekend, the economy, etcetra.

Best Puppy- Mi-Toi's Bella of Sirius owned by Bridgitte Bellamy. Best Male: Mi-Toi's Dirty White Boy a/k/a Ouzo owned by Luis and Carmen Ortiz and Mary Ann Nemisz bread by Carmen and Luis.

Best female: Princess of Sirius Cotons owned by Ruth Weidrick, co-owned by Pam Osborne bred by Randall and Pam Osborne.

BOS-- PrincessBOB--Mi-Toi's Tonka Toy of Sirius Cotons owned by Luis and Carmen and Pam Osborne.There was a good turnout and the venue was wonderful. I think everybody had a great weekend and the banquet was outstanding as well as the seminar given by Richard Beauchamp on How to achieve Breed Type.

The judge made a comment during his seminar that the little bitch that won the specialty had movement that could go all day and she was a "stellar" dog. She is from Sheba and Ajax.

Micky, you would be so pleased with little Princess, if you could see her and put your hands on her. She has a lot of Sheba in her! I know Sheba has been and still is one of your all time favorites! Princess has the same qualities to be the true show dog her Mama is.Wish you could have been here to see her. Ruth and I both were so proud of her. Judge Beauchamp stated at the seminar, "The bitch that won the specialty today has movement that could have went all day!" Ruth has done a great job with this little girl, as well as her brother!
